Very dissatisfied with this company! My parents are older and asked them to install a 19" handicaped toilet. After paying them for it they found that it was only a 17" toilet and they put a very cheap lid on it that had to be replaced. My parents have tried to contact them but they will not answer her phone calls. To top it off they way over charged them for the service. How do they live with themselves knowing what they have done to a older person.
