I recently finished building a new house in a town that has some of the worst public water available. However, after discussions with Dereck at the Water Doctor and installation of a water filtration and softener system, the water is now drinkable! No more chemical/chlorine taste and smell. And no more hard water. The water isn't even brown as the city admits happens sometimes because of old equipment. What a blessing Dereck and the Water Doctor have been!! Now many of you are going to say "How do I know what this reviewer is saying is true?" "I don't know this guy." Good point. But I assure you that I don't post reviews (good or bad) about anything. Ask anyone that knows me. But I just had to post this 5-star review because of all the help Dereck has been to me (and my mother who had the same system installed in her new house in the same town over a year before me). He really knows his stuff and cares about everyone who walks through his door. If you really want to find out if what I'm saying is true, then stop by and talk with Dereck. I know he will take the time to answer all your questions. I truly believe he wants everyone to have the best water available. You will not be disappointed!

We built a new house and were shopping around for a water softener and everything that goes with it. It's overwhelming to say the least. Once we spoke to the water doctor we felt we were in the right place. All our questions and concerns were answered and explained. They stayed right with us until all our water issues were resolved and even followed up with us just to make sure everything was working well after we moved in and the system was being put to the test. Their service has been exceptional. If we call with a question, we are treated just as well as we were during the initial consult.
