Our furnace went out just before a major storm. Dusty answered our message within 30 minutes and arrived at our remote cabin location later that day (on slick roads) and fixed the furnace. The year before he sold us a great air conditioning system and handled a warranty repair promptly. Great service and fair prices.

Called and made an appointment for a new system. They cancelled that appointment. Called again to schedule a new appointment. They never showed up or called. Called to find out the reason for the no show. Was told they would call back. Never happened. If this is the standard for an estimate. How will the installation go? How will maintenance be? I will adjust this review as needed.
