I had a major water leak at the house I rent from Diana Jones, leaking 2000 gallons a day. Diana called this company to come fix the leak. He said he would be here at 10:30 the next morning. DID NOT SHOW UP! When I called at 11:00, he gave me an excuse and said he would be here within a couple of hours. NEVER SHOWED UP, DID NOT CALL. At 3:00 I called Baldwin Plumbing and they were here within 30 minutes. They worked overtime to get the problem solved so I could turn the water back on. I would not recommend this company to anyone and have since heard only negative things about them.

They are awesome. I will use them again.

Ok the owner is very rude trying to get some one out too fix a water leak employee was rude to never use them ever

Called with a leaking water main shut off valve......they never showed up, no call, nothing! So unprofessional....I called Baldwin Plumbing, they returned my call and showed up as they said they would! Very good and professional!

I called this company because I have used them in The past.i called them on Tuesday when I had no water they said they would be out later today.i called again in the evening he said it will be first thing in the morning.so I took off work.i called them he said it would be 11 o'clock.by noon I called again it will be 2 hours. By that time I found another company who takes care of the customer with no water. I know Mr Henderson sold his company so he could enjoy retirement I know he did not get were he is today buy running his company this way.
