Outstanding service. Lawrence came right out and figured out the problem. Amazing customer service from him and from tiffany in the office. Will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!!

I found our storage room flooded this morning from our hot water heater so I immediately gave them a call. They were here so quick and had everything fixed (replaced the hot water heater) in less than 3 hours from my call! Our service guy had even left another non emergency job to come help me, so I wasn’t without hot water or water at all for that matter while having 2 babies at home with me. A flooded room is never fun but I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish getting it fixed! 10 stars!

Never could get an estimate from them. Called numerous times after their visit to check things out.

Very disappointed in the services that we received from virtual plumbing. After the services we received our shower head was leaking and the other components were not sealed properly. The person they sent out could not explain the pricing and the price they quoted was not even close to what was billed. After the service, I received a call from Tiffany Hughes, who is also someone who has rated the company as a five out of five stars. She gave me poor customer service and would not work with me on my issues. She hung up on me and is not calling me back. This is very unprofessional and I do not recommend you using this company.
