Very difficult company to do business with. Had to run a new water line from the meter to the house (about 30 feet). Quoted one price and charged another (around $400 more). Dug up my brick sidewalk and then left my yard in complete disarray. Didn’t replace the brick, left roots and railroad ties lying everywhere. Very disappointed in the work done for the money we payed. Then a relative had Dorris out to locate his septic tank. While they were poking holes in the yard to find the tank (that they installed), they perforated a water line. Rather than admit and fix their mistake, he sent a bill for the time it took them to fix what they had done. Needless to say, we were disappointed again. Do not contract Dorris Plumbing if you value your time or money.

Worker came out quickly, he even stayed on hold with our warranty company to make a diagnosis. Very friendly and honest-up front estimate

Horrible experience with Dorris Plumbing!!!! Small clog under sink required disconnecting P trap and replacing a small section of PVC pipe. Took a total of about 25 minutes and I even had to provide a pan to catch water. I was then presented with a bill for $210! They did not give me rates before commencing work. I am only giving one star because I can't post this without selecting a rating. They don't even rate one star.
