My experience with this company, from start to finish, was exceptional. I mean this; truly exceptional. This is not hyperbole. From the initial assessment with Mark, to booking the repair with Pat, and especially - through the installation completed by Zach - all aspects were truly exemplary. Who leaves the experience of getting a new water heater installed, feeling especially happy and positive? Almost no one. But that is how I am feeling after having done so today. There seem to be some philosophies at play with this company and its employees that have left me feeling that many other companies could take a lesson from them. Everyone was professional, skilled, prompt, and fair. But most importantly to me, every employee - to a person - seems to be genuinely happy working for this company. That is not lost on me. I could sense it in every interaction; and this made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience, a remarkably fluid and positive one for me as a homeowner. All this and they price-matched. I will use them for everything from here forward.

In the process of selling my first house, There was a wiring issue with the ceiling fan in the kitchen. Omar from Academy Air was wonderful, Arrived on time, Had a smile on his face despite having to crawl into the attic. He quickly corrected the 3 way wiring issue as well as the switches. Omar was very knowledgeable, very friendly and wonderful to work with. I would DEFINITELY use this company again.

There are still a few great companies to work with out there with amazing customer service and Academy Air is one of them without a doubt! Our super experienced technician Evan V was just incredible! We just had our first visit (summer tune-up) from Academy after many years with a different company. We were very impressed with the technician who was very professional, well dressed and did a great job. There is no doubt that we will continue with them in the future based on this very positive experience.

Customer service is off the charts. Their quality of work is fantastic. I had an issue unrelated to the quality of their work and Mason went above and beyond to listen to my concerns in a way that I felt I was really being heard, address my concerns and find a resolution and that exceeded my expectations. They showed that they value every customer and didn’t want anyone leaving with anything but complete satisfaction. They definitely stand behind their product and word and if you can find a company like that, you’re very fortunate.
