We had them put in a water conditioner (softens and filters) in our home. The product seems to work fine and I'm happy with it. I feel through the cracks at first on customer service , but several months after my original post dealing with the lack of customer support, an owner contacted me after seeing my original 3 star rating to make things right. I give him kudos for that. He room the time to tell me what I wanted to know and show me basic care instructions; For which I'm grateful.
Ecowater was great from start to finish! They were extremely informative during the process and the installation was smooth, making our tight closet work without any issues. We went with the ERR 3700 refiner to condition our hard water and help remove the chlorine taste, have been really happy with it so far!!
