In the midst of an apocalyptic snowstorm, I found myself without hot water! After a couple of great friends did what they could to try and fix my water heater, I finally decided I was gonna have to call a service man. I just knew if I was able to get a hold of anyone, I was going to have to pay out the wazoo. I was very pleasantly surprised! Not only did Steve show up in a timely fashion despite there being a foot of snow on the ground, he didn't charge me an arm and a leg to tell me I needed a new water heater! Highly recommended!
