I had a tankless water heater installed by Farr Better Plumbing. The price was great and well below the other quotes I received. The plumber that did the work was very knowledgeable and did a great job. However, I will not be using them in the future due to the experience I had with their office. It ended up taking 3-4 weeks for the water heater to arrive after being ordered and during that time I tried several times unsuccessfully to get an update on when it should arrive. All I heard was, "We'll check and get back to you", which they never did until about 3 weeks and 3-4 requests for information had gone by. I was finally given an arrival date and we scheduled the work. I decided to call the afternoon before to confirm since I was staying home from work for this. I was told the unit hadn't arrived so we'd need to reschedule. If I hadn't called to confirm I would have been sitting at home waiting and no one would have shown up! After the unit finally got installed I had a question about how it operated that wasn't explained in the manual. So I asked to have my question relayed to the installer. 8 days later I had to follow up and ask why my simple question was taking so long to be answered. I got a call from the plumber later that morning. It's a shame because everything else about my experience with Farr Better Plumbing made me want to use them for my future needs.
Came out after hours on 4th of July weekend for a gas leak. They were up front about charges for after hours work. They fixed problem fast. I would recommend.
Great group of guys, quick and friendly service
We rented their 3 bathroom trailer for our outdoor wedding. Stacy in the office was phenomenal with communication! They made the whole process so easy for us and worked with our venue on the right time to deliver it and placed it exactly where it needed to go. Our guests had such good things to say about the bathrooms in the trailer & it really made our event a success! I would recommend them anytime!
