Quick and great response to air conditioning repair.

During one of the coldest days in decades, and with fresh snow falling, Brian came out to our house this evening to repair our faulty furnace so we would have heat. He didn't hesitate to make the trip out. Cannot express how much we appreciate his efforts and care. I highly recommend his company for your HVAC needs. Thank you!

Don't bother calling. I set up an appointment and when they didn't show, I called to see where they were and was told it "didn't show in the system". My phone records show they were the only one I called; not "the other Grannemann" as I was told to call.

Chad the owner of this business is an out right liar I have a Maytag washing machine that’s under warranty I called Maytag they set an appointment for Wednesday, May 15, 2019 they were a no call no show I called them and gave them the benefit of the doubt scheduled an appointment it was two weeks away from that they told me they would have the repair tech which is by the way the owner Chad called me before he came out I took a vacation day so I can make sure that this happened no one called me I finally called him he assured me he would be here but he would be late finally 15 minutes after the appointment he called me and told me that he was not going to be able to make it and if I didn’t like it to call someone else please avoid this place at all costs They are absolute horrible horrible people

Brian consistently shows up when promised, completes the work correctly the first time, and provides quality products. I cannot recommend him more highly.
