Honest, Professional, and very knowledgeable!! I called Dorian at Imperial Plumbing to change out my water heater. He was exactly what I want in a plumber! There are so many shady plumbers out there wanting to take advantage of you when you’re vulnerable: a water leak is an urgent matter, not something you can put off and get to when convenient. Imperial will always be my ‘Go-To’ service providers for plumbing AND recommendations.

Dorian is amazing. He is super friendly, knows his stuff, and get work done quickly. He has qorked on a renovation I am doing in the area twice and both times he came and did the work we needed the same day we called - and for a great price as well. Would highly recommend if you want work done quickly, efficiently, and without costing an arm and a leg.

I’m a property manager/investor, so I’ve encountered more than my fair share of questionable service technicians when it comes to servicing investment properties. Imperial plumbing is definitely a refreshing break from the usual experience I’ve become accustomed to. An hour into waiting for another chain service provider I decided to give a local plumbing company a call to compare timeframe and pricing. Dorian (owner) answered and got my contact info, he then told me he would call me right back to confirm he’d be able to stop by within the next 30-40 min. He called right back and set up our service appointment for a backed up kitchen drain. I decided to use Dorian’s company as he was honest and pricing was much more transparent and definitely fair in comparison to the other company I’ve used in the past. Dorian arrived within the expected timeframe, was knowledgeable, friendly, fair and MOST VALUABLE trait... HONEST! I’m very glad I tried the local guy, I’ll be calling Imperial Plumbing again the next time I need a plumbing service for one of our properties. Thank you Dorian for fixing our drain issue! I have no reservations recommending Imperial to all my friends and family.

Over the years, I've used a number of plumbers but Dorien is a step above them all. Professional, ethical and very knowledgeble. He takes the time to thoroughly explain what needs to be done and his fees are reasonable. I will never call another plumber!
