A & B Plumbing and Heating

Had them scheduled to start a huge plumbing job for a month. They say they will be there, don't show up. Call he has a veteran funeral. I totally respect that ok. Says he will be there in the afternoon. No show, no call again. Call again, he will be there in the morning. No show no call again! Call again, leave messages. So completely unprofessional.

Do not use!! It is now 24 hours after we originally called and still no plumber. We were told he was on his way to a call and would call us when he was on his way. I called back at 6 PM to verify someone was coming, at which point I had my address verified and was told "he would get one of his techs headed my way." Tried calling again at around 5 minutes until they closed and several times afterward with no answer. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had the misfortune to be a part of.

After calling and them saying they would send one, it has been three days and still no one showed up.

There is no job too big for Mr. Berry. I had floor joists fall in my house and destroyed all the piping. Most plumbers wouldn't touch it and acted like they didnt know where to begin. He never hesitated, told me exactly what needed done, and kept in touch at all times. I will not use another plumber.

Definitely a plumber you can trust. I called him late at night cause something happened with the sink in the bathroom and the floor was flooded, he came in a short time and fix the problem with the pipes. Thanks again buddy, I appreciate everything that you did :)
