(Service, Timeliness, Price, Technician) Tim was great. He arrived on the same day I called for service and arrived early on during the scheduled time slot. He worked quickly and efficiently. Very helpful when answering my questions and was quite knowledgeable. I thought Tim did a great job and I was quite impressed with the services provided by both Tim and the company as a team. I was expecting the worst based off past experiences from other service companies, but instead I got the best. My family and I truly appreciate you guys getting here so fast. I still can’t believe how quickly you guys got out here. it was four hours, five tops from the time I made the phone call for service to the time of your arrival and you guys kept me updated every step of the way and I mean every step....I was notified that tech was assigned and scheduled, then another when he was on his way. Great communication. Tim worked fast to get ac going and now I can breathe again. Thank you so much. Outstanding service. Truly.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience. We were assigned this company from our home warranty after we could not get the bathroom faucet on. Throughout the ordeal we had to take off work 3 separate times. The plumber who arrived showed up with no markings whatsoever signifying him with the company – a T-shirt and jeans in a white unmarked van and no label, jacket, shirt, uniform or any other signifying information. He did not instill confidence and suggested something he “thought he could try”, but did not have any parts in his truck. He said he needed to come back the next day at 7:30 AM. By 8:15 no one had showed up, I called the company and they did not know what was going on, so they assigned the same technician to come out later that day, again, to fix it. He came with some of the parts but not all of them but made a fix of some sort to our issue. The van was left running while he made his fixes and he seemed to be in a hurry the entire time. This could have been a personnel issue, but I will not be using this company again and would rather choose my plumber and pay out-of-pocket then go through my warranty and be assigned to them again. The individual on the phone when I called with my issues was very kind, and I am sure they are a company that works hard, but this experience missed the mark.

Our ac issue was taken care of in a very timely manor. We would definitely recommend Show Me Services and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

I was assigned this company from my HWA and the appointment went off without a hitch until the AC tech told me there was nothing he could do today(???) and he'd have to run the problem up through management. For the following week I got no updates or contact from them at all. I called yesterday and was told the AC tech would contact me in an hour. I waited all day but no call. I called this morning and was told I would receive a callback within minutes. It has been 4 hours and no call or update.

We were told to use this company from our home warranty for a bathtub drain leak. The man arrived and did some work and told us to contact him the following week if there went still problems. There were. No one responded to our calls and emails. We found out later the plumber had passed away. We were sympathetic but it’s been two months and they still haven’t fixed our problem in spite of our multiple phone calls and emails.
