Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The floor drain in the basement was not draining. I called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday and was able to schedule a visit quickly and easily for Monday morning. I got a very timely notice of the service person (Scott) coming. When he arrived, he diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me a quote, delivered the service, and cleaned up after himself. It happened all very quickly and professionally.

I thought Justin did great. He was nice, friendly, and helpful. I wish the dispatchers did a better job accurately telling me when he would arrive. They kept stringing me along for 2 hours saying he would be there about every half hour to hour. What they failed to take into account was his meetings (there is a team meeting every Wednesday) this morning and an accurate drive time. If they had done a better job I could have gone into work a little sooner and come back over lunch. Justin was just set up to look like he was late even though he did his best to arrive on time.

very fast response. Tech showed up within an hour of calling. They were polite and professional and very informative about our issue and how to prevent it in the future. We had sewer lines backing up into a shower and the tech even went so far as to clean the shower out when he was done. Very happy with the service!

R'Cittio is such a pleasant and helpful young man. Very knowledgeable on the things that needed to be done to address the problems I had. He suggested alternatives and gave estimates for each project. He was eager to complete the work today. I am very pleased with his work.

We had Jim (#1458) come to our home and do a Jetting of our main drainage line. Things looked fine when he was done. They only negative is the cost of the Jetting. It is pretty expensive. Plus, I really didn't see much of a difference in the before and after camera images. Jim was very professional and answered all of my questions.
