We have had Terry come out three times now. The company is great -- Terry is absolutely fantastic. Like I wish he was my next door neighbor. They usually have same-day service, pricing is fair (not always the absolute cheapest for everything but still very competitive), estimates are free. Terry will talk you through the problem and possible resolutions. You never feel like you're being pressured to buy a higher price service or being talked down to. Work gets done in a timely manner and clean-up is usually spotless. Great business. They are my go-to plumbers.

Good service, a little pricey! The serviceman was on time, went right to work and was done in short time. The price of the part was not expensive, but the labor cost was high. No complaints about the work, just the end price. But had to get it fixed.

what an awesome group of people to do business with. Had a sewer problem. Travis came out gave estimate he was very knowledgeable and professional,also came later to run the camera to determine the cause. Then Ray did the schedule for one day since rain was coming. Mike,Allen and Terry did the work. They all worked together so well and were obviously very knowledgeable about the process of getting the job done. Mike did the finish work of filling and grading, he did a fantastic job. I wished after he left I had looked at the work closer and told him in person how pleased I was. The Plumbing Pro company goes above and beyond in customer service. I highly recommend them for any needs you have. I will definitely use them in the future.

I called for service this morning, (Aug. 19th) Scott was the service plumber who came out to my residence. He immediately went to the problem explained to me what could be done gave me a quote. I agreed he immediately got to work he was very professional, and did a outstanding job. I would like to give Scott to thumbs up.

PURCHASED A NEW REFRIGERATOR AND NEEDED A WATER LINE INSTALLED FROM THE BASEMENT PEX WATERLINE FOR THE ICE MAKER. DANNY WAS QUICK, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL IN HIS INSTALLATION. PLUS I WAS GIVEN AN IN HOUSE ESTIMATE TO EITHER USE OR DECLINE. DANNY DID THE TRICK. THANK YOU.
