This isn't the first time I've created a review for a company. Well, good service needs applause! Guys, your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed and I will, absolutely, recommend your company over and over again to anyone in our neighborhood needing good plumbing service. There are some bad tomatoes everywhere, but Plumbers 911 isn't one of them. Keep it up!
One of our neighbors recommended Plumbers 911 when he heard me cursing for a loose faucet in our garden. So much water has gone to waste. 30 mins after the call, the contractor arrived and I was quite pleased with their service. Prompt and friendly. They went, to great extent, beyond the repair job, and I am positive that they were able to address the plumbing problem well. Quotation and the charge matched so I gave them a good tip.
A few years ago, our water heater broke down and back then we were new in Overland Park. I called and friend and asked for recommendations that led me to a call with the Plumbers 911 staff. Their team arrived an hour later complete with the right equipment --- completed the job in 2 hours. My water heater is still up and running without any issues up to this day. Thank you!
I have various reasons why I'm giving Plumbers 911 5 stars. A few months ago, my kitchen had a clogging issue which I discovered during, no less, dinner. Called a different contractor but they told me that help won't arrive until 8:30PM, which was way too late for an emergency so I called Plumbers 911 and they sent me a team in less than an hour. I don't know, maybe their quarters in Chicago were stationed nearby? Maybe. The serviceman Leo immediately gave his recommendations and upon approval, went on to fix my clogged drain in the kitchen. Not only that, he also gave me tips on plumbing maintenance and how I should no it regularly, not for additional money, but for me to save on more expensive expenses. I never want to have anything like this happen in the future, but I'm giving them a 5-star rate for their top notch service.
