Dan Smith Plumbing Inc

I have never witnessed a more unprofessional company. Without consulting us (homeowner/architect) they decided to change the location of our new water service, ripped up a garden without notice, left mud throughout our house. They misrepresented their relationship with the plumbing company that we hired (they were subbed out to do new water service only), and then lied about the status of the plumbing inspection. Dan himself yelled and screamed at me, dropping a dozen f-words at me. Terrible company.

Dan and his crew did a fantastic job! They came in on short notice and got me out of a jam. My Property failed an occupancy inspection in St.Louis County and needed the sink drains brought up to code. Dan and his crew worked on Saturday in order for me to meet the weekend deadline for occupancy. They did a great job and the work flew through St.Louis Counties inspection. Thanks to Dan and his Crew.

Never showed up for the appointment at 10 AM. Made multiple calls to the listed business number. Got a call back two hours after the scheduled appointment saying he'd call me back, never got a call. Reached out two more times over the course of 4 hours, got no response. Cancelled appointment at 4 PM. Waste of time.
