This company is amazing! We needed emergency service and when no one else could help Jim came to the rescue! He stepped in and solved our issue and saw it all the way through until it was resolved. We do not have enough good things to say about Express Plumbing! I work for a company called Water Hero, where we sell leak detection devices for whole-home water damage protection. Jim installed two of these devices for our customers near St Louis. Jim's professional and high quality work speaks for itself, and we could not be happier with the excellent service he provided for us. His responsiveness, efficiency, and friendly demeanor are all reasons why we will be calling Express Plumbing for future jobs in the St Louis area!

Express Plumbing installed my water heater and they did a great job. They were very reasonably priced. They responded quickly with an estimate. They even hauled off my old water heater and cleaned up their mess. They were very professional. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. I was very happy and satisfied.

I called Jim the owner of Xpress Plumbing and was able to schedule my water heater install same day. He responded by text within 15 minutes which was amazing and worked with me when I had a new water heater delivered. His price was nearly the same but I had a local supplier contact. Jim was meticulous with the install adding additional new copper fittings especially since I added a larger sized tank versus the original. He walked me through the install and explained how to flush the system and also expansion tank to prolong the life of both. I’d recommend his services to friends and family. Very personable guy who was also reasonably priced and much lower by hundreds of dollars to the two competitors bids I received. Great work for an even better price!

Express Plumbing is quality work from quality people. James Grier dropped what he was doing to help my mom get her hot water back up and running. Could not be happier with the service.
