Came to our house on New Years Eve, he was very efficient, friendly, and for being the holiday he was reasonably priced. I highly recommend this plumber.
I have had Rich snake and camera my main house drain twice and get me in contact with someone to replace it, install a new water heater, plumb in a whole house filter, and a hot water line to my garage. All very well done work. Just a few adjustments after it all. Quick responses, great pricing, and great to work with.
We had sewer back up through basement on a weekend and we called all the standard names in Washington....no one called back. We found Rich Brueggemann Plumbing and he came out right away, fixed the issue and at a reasonable cost. I think I have found my new plumber !
Sewer backed up at my house on a Sunday evening. The plumber came out within an hour of calling him. Cost was lower than the other plumbers I called for coming out on a Sunday evening.
I called for an estimate in September 2016, and he came out right away. He was very professional and got me an estimate the very next day. When I was ready for the work (this was a big job running water & trenching pipe to a new building) he said we'd have to wait until after winter and he's get us in as soon as the ground thawed. I called in early March and he said I was behind some new construction and maybe he could do it in early April. I called in April and was told the same. Ditto for May, June, and July. I said I'd need to call around because I couldn't put it off any longer and he said that was fine. I found someone else that day, and Martha (Rich's wife/office manager) emailed saying MAGICALLY they could now fit me in the next week. She also said they couldn't find my number and to please call them. That isn't surprising, since they NEVER CALLED ME in the FOUR SOLID MONTHS I have been trying to get them out to the house, despite my having signed their bid proposal. The new company I found gave me an estimate the day I called and had completed the work the same week. Don't waste your time with a company that doesn't value your business.
