Just called to get someone over for a clogged pipe. They said it would be an extra $25.00 since it is the weekend. What! At my work, we do not charge more when people have a toothache and need to be seen on a weekend. It's just part of a service profession.

Awesome awesome awesome! Did not nickel and dime me. Thought we had a disaster on our hands and they didn't take advantage of the situation. It looked worse than what it was and they were very fair. Their service was prompt, too. Highly recommend!!!!

The plumber who came out to fix the problem was friendly and did a nice job. But the company is run by unscrupulous people and, as such, I will not recommend them to anyone. They came out yesterday to remove a cake decorating tip from my garbage disposal. BEFORE starting, the gentleman said if he could pull it out really quick, it would be maybe $50. This was an agreeable price. It literally, LITERALLY, took him five minutes and he had it removed. He went to his truck, came back in and said it was $75. I was livid. $50 for five minutes' work is $600 an hour. I don't know about you, but I'd LOVE to make that much! $75 for five minutes' work is $900 an hour. Unreasonable to charge 50% more than what was quoted. I refused to pay the additional $25. So, the company did not get that extra $25 that they tried to swindle from me; instead they got an unhappy customer who is blasting them online. Perhaps they should rethink their business practices, especially in the day and age where everybody posts everything online and on social media.
