Jerimie came out to assess our situation the same day that I called. He was friendly and courteous, and was able to squeeze us in the very next day. He gave me price quotes to do the work with and without the parts - I chose to have him bring the parts rather than purchase them myself at Lowe's or Home Depot. I was very pleased with the service call. He and his assistant Chase got the job done quickly and made sure to leave things as they found them. I would definitely call JCM again if I have any other plumbing needs.

It was 5 o’clock in the afternoon and we noticed that our sump pump at stopped and the sump hole was filling with water. We got on the Internet and started looking for A plumber that could install a sump pump. Every number we called said they would not be able to help until the next day. By then our basement would’ve been flooded. We used Home Advisor to look for a plumber. I put my name phone number and address in their system and within 10 minutes we got a call. They were there within 35 minutes coming out of Harrisonville, they saved the day. They were fast, they were friendly, and they got the job done fast... Thank you JCM plumbing!

Recently bought a house and discovered some out dated plumbing. A friend suggested to call JCM. They came out and gave me a quote on the spot to replace the plumbing behind the shower and update the fixtures. Also thought I had a sump pump problem. They took care of a minor issue and saved me a ton of money instead of charging me to re route my sump pump when it didn't need it. Will definitely call them again. Thanks
