I called them and they came out the next day and fixed my problem.

Nice, friendly, good and knowledgeable staff, everything I needed they had, and were able to get it for me, in stock, even when I didn't know the proper name. They were willing to help me out with solving my problems, despite my being an amateur. They gave me good advice. I recommend them very highly.

I'm very disappointed and displeased! Firstly the business was called. We asked if they could come out and give us an estimate, as to how much it was going to cost? Also so they knew what they where dealing with. When we hired them they where unprepared (we hired them the same day) its very unprofessional to come to a place unprepared without the things your going to half to have to do your job! Secondly when you make me half to pay hourly for you to keep running back and forth because you forgot the stuff you needed. It makes me little angry because I just watch my money go right out the window that I've worked so hard to earn. Thirdly when you leave you clean up after yourself. Not leave poop covered gloves on my floor I thought you where a business not a hobo. Fourthly and last but not least your a plumbing company! You know how to turn a valve correctly right? Wrong....! You dont turn my main water valve all they way to the point. I half to get a tool to turn it off and still cant get it to turn off because you've cranked it so tightly it will possibly break.
