Craig Plumbing

April 2019 Iam updating my review from last year. I don't know what's going on with Craig's Plumbing. I have been very patient for 2 months now trying to get my stopped up toilet taken care of, along with some plumbing issues. I'm scheduled and they don't show up, or call me back and say they are coming the following week. I've been very patient. Fortunately, I have another toilet I can use. I was so happy with their service last year. I believe their employees have changed and its hurt their service. What a shame. I am updating my review going from 5 star to 1 star for this reason. Below is my review from Feb 2018. Too bad I can no longer say the same. Feb 2018 I am very satisfied with the service i received. They were professional and caring. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their service. February 26 2018.

Very nice people. Have been doing business with them for nearly 30 years. Mr. Craig does fantastic work. Very pleased!

Got the job done at the price.

I was told the hourly rate was $60.00 an hour. Gary brought his grandson and instead of charging me $60 he decided to pay his grandson $30 an hour, so he charged me $90.00 an hour. He stood outside for 15 minutes talking to someone passing by and charged me for that time. My elderly husband paid him before I could get back home. Very dishonest. Don't use these guys. He said he was 72 years old and he had to have help. Not my problem that you're old. Don't tell people one price and take advantage of an old man when you have the opportunity. Read a similar review about his dishonesty. Read it to late
