This is the second time I have used this company, and i must say they are absolutely top notch. My water heater was having pilot light I had a different company come look at it and they said I would need to replace the entire water heater for $2200! Connelly sent out Blain who was very polite, knowledgeable and honest. He simply cleaned out some clogged components and got us running again for a fraction of the cost, only $130. This is the second time this company has gone out of it's way to not over charge me. In my experience they are highly professional, fast, polite and honest. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience! The tech (Zech) took the time to look into the problem and found it was much less serious than originally thought. Fixed the real problem and charged about $500 less than the original estimate. Kudos to this company and this technician for their honesty and their customer first attitude!
