Talked to them twice said they would call before they came out. They never called, that was almost 3 weeks ago. Don't waste your time. They are Very unreliable.
This will be the 3rd and LAST time I have called "The other Plumber" - (Andy Chisom): wouldn't even give him a ONE star - but didn't give me the option for NO stars. #1. He and his "side-kick" did come to my home, installed water line to refrigerator, dish washer & water softner. #2. Called "the other plumbers" #, left message - NEVER did get a return call. #3. Called "the other plumber" again and set up an appointment for him to come out and rotor router a drain - he NEVER showed up, would NOT answer his phone calls or respond to his texts!! AND his dollar estimate was twice the amount as a local plumber that was called to come. STRIKE THREE ANDY - yer done!!!!
Updated review. My previous review (in parentheses below) was truthful. This plumber has been to my house a few times and the last time he replaced my septic system and did a fair job. However this week we called him and he said he'd try to fit us in. He didn't show up and now will not return our calls. I guess he only likes the big jobs now. (My wife and I were both extremely pleased with the work done and the fairness of the price. He's well worth every penny. Smart, decent, hard working. Not sure how far he covers, but he came to Collins. The dogs even liked him. I hope he outlives me, because I will never call another plumber.)
