Bob came out and was very nice and knowledgeable. We had another company out (Ibarra) and were not impressed with them so we sent them on their way and called Next Generation. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price.

Bob from Next Generation came out to work on our water heater and fixed it for a fraction of the price of the first plumber we'd had out to look at the issue. He then, without being asked, took the time to check for other issues (w/out charging for it or trying to sell more services) and caught safety issues in our house that didn't even have anything to do with plumbing. Good to have a trustworthy plumber I can recommend!
