Scheduled an appt. with A Rite and no one showed up to the appt. Waited 30 minutes and still no one. Have called back to reschedule over 5 times and no one has answered...Would never use them. Unprofessional

I had a 35-year-old residential water heater that finally sprung a small leak. I called A-Rite because they had done good work on a commercial building we remodeled and expanded about 8 years ago. They make it very easy to do business with them. They were willing to schedule us the afternoon I called because they had an opening, but I said it was not a crisis so we scheduled for the afternoon of the next day. They called me at work when they were headed to our home, that way I didn't have to waste time waiting around at home for a 2-4 hour window, which is what some companies do. They explained what needed to be done and provided an all-inclusive quote that was competitive. They installed the new water heater within hours and left the place without a sign that they were there. The place was clean and secured. I have no hesitation recommending A-Rite.
