Dillon was awesome!! He came at 9pm to unclog our whole-house drain after we had a big water issue in the basement. He was kind, friendly, personable, and helpful. He went above and beyond with his service and answered all of our questions, even though it was late. He could have rushed off to get back home but he really took the time to help us out. Also, he cleaned everything up nicely using a non-toxic cleaner which I really appreciated. Discount Rooter and Plumbing, give this guy a raise! He's making your company look great.

Great service. They were prompt, coming right at the earlier end of there projected time frame. I was quoted a flat rate price and that is exactly what the end bill was. Mike was a personable, competent service tech. He did the job quickly and professionally. I couldn't recommend this company more. Hopefully I will not ever need their service again, but if I do I won't hesitate to call them.

We had an installation "emergency" because the contractor we hired backed out of the job an hour prior to his expected arrival Discount Rooter was polite, efficient and reasonable. They sent out someone within the hour to install a waterline to our new refrigerator,, hook-up a gas line to our new range, and install a microwave He was knowledgeable and extremely patient. He knew what he was doing and had us all installed in a very reasonable amount of time.. I highly recommend this company.

Had a backup in our basement from the main line and called Discount Rooter. They came out within a couple of hours and did a great job. Mike was friendly, quick and the service itself was super reasonable. I would definitely use them again!

This company proved to me that they truly care about their customers, and their service reputation. Even though there had originally been a mix-up on the areas they serviced, I received a call-back from the manager Will, and he was extremely apologetic for the confusion, and he strongly requested that they be allowed to come the next morning, stating that I would be top priority. He also waved the service fee which was about $50. We received a phone call the next morning at 8 am from the technician Jake saying he would arrive in 30-40 minutes. Jake was punctual, courteous, and professional. He took time to answer a few questions and was very friendly. The job was done and double checked for leaks in a timely manner; we were satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend this company, mainly due to Will's desire to provide excellent customer satisfaction. He went the "extra mile" to satisfy a customer. It meant a LOT. Thank you.
