Friendly staff, great work. Our kitchen sink had backed up, and we had initially called a local plumber. And THEY asked to call American Sewer. It was already noon on a Friday and they were still able to get us in at the last minute for same day service. This saved us money as weekend rates are higher (which they really didn’t need to do as they would have gotten more money from us the next day). The work performed was top notch and they even cleaned up the area once they were done. Also, once they opened up the pipe, they found that the clog was just in the u-pipe, but they still went ahead and used the augur to make sure there were no clogs down the drain (about 25 ft). All this was done in less than an hour, and the technician took extra care not to make a mess. Technician was friendly and answered all our questions. The receptionist was friendly and kept me posted on schedule and what time the technician would be at the house. Text notifications when they are on the way so you know to expect them. I will be sure to use this company going forward.

Superior customer service from the woman who answered the phone to the tech who came to our home. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were reasonably priced and went above and beyond. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very happy with Johnathan the owner and plumber John! Came out to our rental as soon as possible, fixed our clogged sewer and did not leave a mess. John even helped us solve a different plumbing issue and gave us tips on how to maintain our drain to help avoid any issues in the future.
