Wow, where do I start, my mom called this company to come out and Rooter her drains, she was told over the phone there was a $99 special on drain cleaning, she always has it done every few years, nothing ever major but toilet tissue blocking up drains, the technician Nathan who came out totally ripped my mom off, he kept pushing her to put the camera in the drain after the services were done. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves taking advantage of a elderly woman is unacceptable from $99 to over $7,000!! Please beware of this company !! I would not want to see this happen to another elderly person, for now on we will not be using this company we will be using any other plumbing company than this one.

These scoundrels took advantage of me. I have a water heater that is under warranty so parts are covered and I’m only supposed to pay for labor. They are charging me $485 to do a job that takes an hour. After checking with two other water heater companies, the flat rate to complete this job is $190. They should be ashamed.

Horrible service. Plumbing team came over to diagnose a a leak and completely missed that a copper pipe had a radiator hose clamp with a rubberband on it. Team did a whole house leak test and tried to convince them to add a blow off valve to the exterior of the house. Also, tried to sell them on the idea of redoing the drainage for the water heater. After I spoke with the lead team member over the phone, he seemed defensive about the whole issue. He started saying that my parents did not tell him where the leak was at. After that, he said that his team had to be paid for the time they spent at our house which is completely unprofessional. Team could not find the leak and they just wanted to upsell my parents for everything. Attached is a radiator hose clamp on a copper pipe which clearly sticks out to the naked eye. Wasted $ 275 for them to tell us the obvious.
