Honestly, one of the best services I have ever received. I can't recommend these guys enough. Ryan went above and beyond. Very grateful. The service was done on my furnace. It was fast and efficient.

As a first-time home buyer in December 2014, I was very new to finding a plumber. I had asked my neighbor and he told me the previous owner had used Moorhead Plumbing and Heating. I needed work done on my furnace done within a couple of days of moving in. Moorhead Plumbing and Heating was very quick to fit me in their schedule and were very nice to work with. Then a couple days later, I needed assistance again with hooking up my new washer and dryer. Again, they scheduled me in very fast and fixed my issues quickly! As the years have gone on, I have had them do many different tasks in my home. They plumbed for a new dishwasher, they installed my new central air unit when mine died in the middle of the summer, the installed a new blower on the furnace, etc., etc. I have always been satisfied with the work they have done and always recommend them to anyone who asks.

I'm happy with the service we received from Moorhead Plumbing and Heating. We had lived with a slow drain on our washing machine and kitchen sink for a few years and finally called them and they came out the next business day. It took 1 hour to snake the drain and test it out and now it works great.

Time from call to great job done under 24 Hours. Even fit in some work I hadn't mentioned when I set up the appointment. 100% would recommend.

NO SHOW NO CALL!!! WAITED 3 DAYS FOR SERVICE! Called on Tuesday around noon about furnace that was not working. Was told they couldn't come out til following morning. Said they would call right away in morning to give exact time. Following day by 1pm I hadn't received any call and they hadn't showed up so I called to check. The guy that answered seemed very annoyed that I was calling but said they were got busy and would get out sometime that afternoon and would call on way. That afternoon came and went, no call no show. So the on the 3rd day I called again, asked what the status was and he told me he tried calling 4 times but when he looked at his caller ID he realized he was calling wrong # even though he had my # on caller ID.... Oh but he left a msg for me with the random person he was calling (makes no sense) after listening to his excuses I asked if someone could please come out today, and was told "well I can try" I said it's been 3 days can u give me a time I can expect them out? Nope, cant tell me a time or if they could even come out that day for sure or not. So after wasting 3 days waiting I called DEANS heating....1hr later deans was at my house! ( 2 hours ahead of schedule!!! ) Wouldnt recommend moorhead heating to my worst enemy.
