Eric and his crew have been so polite and helpful during our project. He communicates what is going on and what to expect. He is on the job site making sure he knows the ins and outs. He is not standing on the curb waiting for someone else to do it, he is right in there, hands on and job focused. He was also willing to assist in an emergency and is very thorough.

They replaced my waterline. They cut my sidewalk without telling me that was part of the work or that it is my responsibility to fix it. They messed up my lawn, chipped other parts of the sidewalk and also left the access valve above the grade and dumped dirt all over it. They have told me three times now that they will come out that day to fix the height of the valve. Still not fixed.
