We had an excellent experience with Gilpen Plumbing. I found their knowledge and dependability very comforting during a difficult time. I would 100% recommend using Gilpen Plumbing.

I would recommend Bob highly! He did a great job, was very personable and his rates are very fair. We felt we were in very good hands. Thanks Bob!

I cannot speak for what other experienced, but for my own. First off, Bob is very responsive. For the two times I called him, he was asking questions and was willing to give instructions and tutorial over the phone even before coming over. The first call made was for a cartridge I was unable to get out of a Moen shower (user error on my end, I did not shut off all the valves to the home). Bob was able to show me the main valves and even tips for if and when the water heater goes out. He was successful at getting the cartridge out. The second call was the following day when I heard a drip behind the shower after installing the new cartridge. Bob advise to shut it off over night and would remedy the next day. Although his day was filled with other calls, he still made it to our home and replaced the cartridge brand new as the previous caused the leak. He was very apologetic and provided excellent customer service. Even though it took two attempts to satisfactory, I would recommend Bob to others who run into emergencies like I did.

Bob's organization skills are almost non-existent. Once he finally made it out the install itself was sloppy. He leaked flux on my basement floor, which stains. There was mud all over my porch. Ultimately there was a leak inside the house as a result. He meant to come out and fix it but forgot for almost two weeks. Then said he'd be there in an hour. 2 and half hours later only after I called him did he show up. He fixed the leak but stained my carpet. He also stained the concrete porch with more flux. We then found out a joint on the outside of the house had a leak. This is all before we even had the irrigation hooked up. The irrigation folks said they'd never seen a spigot joint connected in this way. I have sod going in and need to water, but if I leave the water on I have a leak until he can fix it.
