Got a bill for quite a bit more than the quote. The tech was on the job for 40 minutes and the bill was over $1100. Would not recommend.
Terrible! Charged $250 for a hour service. Never fixed the problem. Ended up calling roto rooter and used a camera and found the clog. Would not recommend!!
Tech by the name of John came out. He didn't take his boots off, normally wouldn't bother me but there was snow on the ground and salt and he came in and walked on my carpet. At the time I was worried about the water in my basement, which he could not locate the source of. He thought maybe it was coming from under the concrete directly and claimed "This is one of the strangest things I've seen". He used my towel to mop up the water remaining and said if it comes back to call him otherwise it was a fluke incident. I was left perplexed but wasn't going to rely on his expertise any longer. He was here for 5 minutes and charged me $60 for doing pretty much nothing as a "service call". Not sure what he serviced other than my bank account. 2 stars because at least he answered the call and showed up, unlike most of the other places I called around here.
