Daniel did a great job. He was very courteous and nice about answering all of my questions. Our repair is quite extensive and I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything. He provided a quote within 30 minutes of arriving and explained the different options. I would recommend Hero for your plumbing needs. Dan has stopped back a few times to help us out with some small fixes as we remodel. We can't thank him enough - always courteous, kind, and informative!
I want to say THANK YOU Brandon King, for not only checking out my air conditioner, which works perfectly, but also for letting my 2 1/2 year old grandson be a HERO too. When the HERO truck arrived on Friday, Charlie was so excited to show Brandon his wrench, which he keeps in a bucket next to the HERO sign, I've attached to the furnace HERO put in last September. Brandon was also kind enough to let Charlie help him with his screw driver when he checked the air conditioner. Thank You Brandon King, for being a perfect role model on how to be a HERO.
Chad was so Friendly and funny we wanted to have him over for lunch. He walked us through everything and recognized it was a big financial decision for us so didn’t pressure us to do anything. We had Dwight come out and look at our Ac unit. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable, a great combination. He took his time with his work and when it came to explaining things he made sure I understood. I was very happy with the work and the price and will definitely use Hero (and hopefully Dwight) again.
