Bryan arrived on time. He was pleasant, professional and to the point. We showed him the issue. He assessed the problem, made some initial comments and outlined next steps. I will call him back when the repair work is initiated.

Dan came checked out our furnace and ac. Did a great job, through and explained what he was doing. The experience was top notch would recommend BWS to anyone. The appointment setup was super easy as well. Thank you for you excellent work all around.

Wouldn't work with the city to submit a proper code plan for a pretty simple commercial job (washer install and double sink). I was called and told my money would be refunded after tying up a couple thousand dollars for over 3 weeks while other contractors waited on this job to finish theirs. I would have paid more to get it done and put it behind me if that was the problem, but I guess their highly respected Master Plumber decided it'd be easier to just refund me? Now I'm back at square one and don't even know why it didn't work out. Still waiting on my refund a week after I was told they wouldn't complete the job.

I bought the A/C inspection on Groupon based on price. BWS was very friendly and helpful from the person scheduling my appointment to the technician Nolan. Nolan was on time and very helpful in inspecting my A/C and gave several insights along the way. I would definitely recommend BWS based on my experience today!

I was very please with the quality, professional work completed today at my home by Bryan who replaced my hot water heater, fixed both toilets, installed a new kitchen sink faucet, and fixed two leaks! He was courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend BWS!
