We have had this business do lots of plumbing for us. We make appts and they always show up when they say they will. So far they have put in a new furnace, plumb a bathroom, put in 3 outside faucets and fix the valves on a bunch of radiators. The guy who has come the last few times runs. Runs the stairs, runs to the truck. His labor times are always accurate. We swear by this bunch.
Call 10 times to try to get someone to show up and no-one does no matter how many times they say they will. So have my girlfriend call and boom they show up instantly like it's a damsel in distress. Then when they do show up they barely look at the problem and try to make me fix it myself and tell me how to do it tho that's what I tried before myself and I'm not a plumber that's why I called in the first place. Then they finally show up and fix it and it wasn't anything they said it was the first time that they tried to make me fix myself. After the long hassle they think it's all good to text and chat with my girlfriend just to make conversation.... 0 star rating if i could rate it that low. Worthless service
