Neighborhood Plumbing, Heating, A/C and Electrical

We have used Neighborhood several times over the last year or so. Rick has been our service tech and does a fantastic job. He’s very knowledgeable and explains what’s going on so that we understand the issues and the options. He has installed our new water heater and repaired our A/C unit. Great guy, great company!

Top notch experience from start to finish. Very professional and friendly. Rick was super knowledgeable, which made our decision making much easier having a good understanding of what our problem was and the best options we had to resolve. The install was quick and clean, and most impressive was how far out of his way Rick went in helping me provide information to my insurance company. Rick was available every time I reached out to him without issue. You don't get this level of customer service very often anymore, it was a very delightful experience. I will recommend Neighborhood Plumbing to my friends and family.

Great job again today! I have had all kinds of different services over the years. Always great service and workmanship. Today it was a cracked pipe to my upstairs washing machine - he even fixed the wall even though it will never be seen. ♡♡♡

TERRIBLE - UNETHICAL COMPANY!!! When I lived in Minnesota, my experiences with this company were a complete nightmare!! (I have since moved, and they are using that to try to remove themselves from taking responsibility for this!) They came for a dishwasher repair, told me it was fine to use the dishwasher, but a chemical in the drain destroyed the dishwasher and everything in it. They took no responsibility, and did not even apologize! They blamed the appliance and said it was the manufacturer's responsibility to replace it. The appliance company came and said the dishwasher was installed wrong by Neighborhood Plumbing, and after a month of passing the buck back and forth, I finally got a replacement dishwasher, but-- Neighborhood installed that one wrong too! It leaked through the floor and into my laundry room below it. They fixed the leak, but tore out ceiling tiles and did not replace them. They also left me with the bill from running FOUR industrial fans at full power for 2 days straight. They cut corners, do shoddy work, and laugh all the way to the bank. Go anywhere else!!!

Jason is wonderful. He is personable as well as knowledgeable and proficient with the work that’s needed. Neighborhood is not the cheapest plumber in town but they are expert in what they do. Have used them several times for problems large and small and would do so again.
