To the President/Owner: The best decision we made was dialing your 24/7 phone number when our water heater went south over the weekend. We called Home Depot, Lowes for starters and waited for return calls. No replies. Your staff is by far professional, courteous, knowledgeable and on time. In fact, your technician arrived sooner than expected. I would highly recommend your company!

I was told I was being ripped off. I requested a free estimate but instead this guy showed up and looked at my water heater and said I needed a new one. I kept asking how much was the water heater. He said it's $2000 in total!! I said oh wow, that's expensive. He said the water heater is $1000 and labor is $1000. He did the work for only 2 hours or less. I said I could find a water heater for 500. he said his is more better quality. But 1000 bucks for labor??? He left a huge mess in the garage with mud and footprints all over!

Paid $160 for a thermocouple on a water heater it went bad in three months, they want me to pay all over again to fix their poor work!? Won’t recommend!!

Sent out a low quality sticker as an advertisement. Would not take responsibility for their mailing damaging my mailbox. What does this say about their business practices?

Was very easy to set an appointment, get a quote and install. They had a tank in the truck ready to install the day of the appointment, was inished quickly and they installed it very well. All up to code and looks great. Been running now for a few months and it has been flawless. Quieter than my old one and seems to be more efficient as well. Gas bill dropped a bit.
