Pat did all the plumbing for my basement finish. He was very reliable and did quality work at a fair price. He even took care of all the paperwork for the permits with the city and his work passed inspection no problem. I would definitely hire Pat again for any plumbing needs I have.

Just a heads up that Pat Andrews with BP Mechanical messed up on a seemingly simple job for me. Based on this experience I had with him, I would not recommend him or his business for any plumbing work. Two things went awry- Due to his work, water leaked down through to our basement as well as the hot and cold water connections got hooked up wrong. Even though he originally said as long as the cost to repair wasn't going to be too high, he would pay me directly, however getting an estimate at $3,600 he opted to go through his insurance. About a month later, that claim was denied. He would not even work with me to cover any of the damage costs either. Just a bad business practice. Based on this experience, I feel obligated to help the next person out by suggesting they not do business Pat and BP Mechanical. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this as well as numerous fix-it and social media sites.
