left me hanging on a project that he said would be no problem to get me an estimate and be able to knock out quick. I called numerous times at least four that I recall and left messages to no response ever. If the work couldn’t be done and you’re busy I get it just tell me simple communication. I had used them in the past and everything was great, but man did the ball get dropped this time.
Adam has saved the day more than once! The only plumbers in Duluth that I trust. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
Called Caldwell Plumbing & Heating and made an appointment for a plumber to show up at my house on November 20, 2017 at 10:00am. This was a 3 week wait from the time I called. On November 20th I called at 10:13am to see when they would be arriving I got a voicemail and left message.....nothing! I waited until 1:00 pm. they never showed up or gave me a courtesy call.
My husband and I noticed that our furnace was out. It was Sunday at 9pm and I called to set up an appointment for the next day. However, Adam instead rushed right over and had it fixed in under an hour! Adam has always done great work and he will be the first person we call for any of our HVAC needs.
