Unfortunately this team was working in my rental unit, I came home to find a one of their workers going through my stuff in bins that was stowed away. I let my landlord know and he talked with the company and gave him my phone number, but I wasn’t contacted for an apology. We recently found out one of our $100 hard drives that was in the bins was taken. Addition to all of that they destroyed the tile around the toilet when repairing, not good work. I would never recommend this company, and I tell anyone who need plumbing done to stay far away from this one. I am not a person to post negative reviews, but this one was much needed.
Horrible plumbing done on a new construction home. Sloppy work, things not done to code. Have had multiple leaks, and plumbing issues. Best yet, Mr. Macken is rude, and refuses to fix his work, and not even aware of the multiple plumbings codes he missed in our home. Consumer be ware.
Very happy with the plumbing work they did for me. I would hire them again.
