Called to set up for a shower install on main level due to my sister having surgery and stairs being hard for her. The owner said they'd stop by to assess the current tub and placement of pipes either that night or next--never showed up. So I call the following Monday and the lady says she isn't sure what happened but would call him and put it on the books and let me know when she knows. Again, no call back! So 2 weeks of no call/no show! Very poor service!!! Just rude. Got another plumber company who was able to come out within 2 days! EDIT: Now today, 3 weeks after my original call--they call me to ask if I still needed the plumbing done. WOW!! Nope! My sister is back on her feet and healed! Still poor service in my book!
