What a great company T M Johnson Bros. is. We've dealt with them for over 20 years, and they have always been very quick to respond, polite and cordial, honest and trustworthy. Today I had a semi-annual check-up that was very thorough, one in which they gave good recommendations for how to avoid a possible problem in the future. The two men who came were friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They deserve an A+ rating
Quintin came out on Friday evening at 11pm to look at our dead furnace. The part needed to be ordered and wouldn't get here until Tuesday. He was great at communicating and it was obvious that he was very knowledgeable about the industry. Clean cut and well spoken as well. The part was installed by Pat and the paperwork completed by Curt. Both of these guys were professionals and fun to chat with. I was happy with the great customer service all around. I look forward to more years of doing business with TM Johnson Bros and will recommend this company to friends and family. Great job guys!
