Josh was wonderful. He came out to fix an old water line and then came back right away when the appliance broke and caused the whole line to burst. No charge for the return trip even though it wasn't caused by plumbing. Talk about making things right no matter what! And the other work he did is holding strong.

They showed up to unblock a urinal and somehow the flush that was working just fine an hour earlier was broken. Suspicious, though not enough to write a terrible review. No worries, he unblocked it and said he'd order the part for the flush which took more than 2 weeks to arrive (seemed like a long time - though I'm no expert). When we tried calling to see what was going on about a week and a half later we got hung up on. 3 days later I rang back again and left a message. Got a call back though. Eventually someone did show up again. Charged us for that work and for fixing a leak even though it wasn't leaking before and now that it's "fixed" it's leaking!! Cost well over $300. Wasn't worth it.

Had a backed up sewer line on a Friday afternoon. Showed up within a couple hours of call. Guy stuck around to get drain free despite running into challenges due to damaged sewer line. He made sure line was consistently draining water at a good rate and didn't leave the second some water started flowing.

I don't trust their pricing or quality of work. They billed me $180 for 15 minutes of warranty work. The plumbing problem was not fixed or improved. I purchased a home that Blue Water had installed a hot water heater into for the previous homeowner. The work was done about 1 year before I called them. The heater leaked a good size puddle on the floor whenever hot water was used. I called them as they carried the warranty. They said parts were free under warranty but labor is charged for anything over 12 months old. I asked them to prove the date of install before charging me because the date would be close to the mark. They never proved date of install before sending an invoice. I gave them a range of days to stop in and provided a lockbox so they could do the work whenever convenient for them. I did this to avoid any special trip charges as they could do it on the way to any nearby city on any day. I was home when the worker came and changed the valve. He was here for only 15 minutes. Then the bill came for $180 for the labor. I called to see how in the world that could be. The lady on the phone was short with me and told me, " to not to be salty about it." I was stern but perfectly pleasant to her. Then she said that, "this is just what plumbers cost" and made a final statement implying that I'm not the expert here. I was very pleased to inform her that I work with residential plumbers on a weekly basis at work and I do know exactly what maket prices are for plumbing labor. She said the owner will call me, he has not called since this conversation 30 days ago. It still leaked until my regular plumber fixed it. I hope anyone reading this goes elsewhere.

They came and unfroze our water line on a -25 degree day with windchills at -38 and it was done in 3 hours from initial call. Thank you!
