I had a listing that had an older sewer lateral system. Ronald came out and not only completed an inspection, but was able to flush out root growth in 3 areas that had almost 90% blockage. Ronald was friendly and reliable, responsive to every question and timely in setting his appointments, and very reasonably priced! This is something that I value greatly in the real estate world. I do not look forward to sewer lateral issues in the future, but if they come up, Ronald is my guy!

We had issues when our sewer line began to get clogged and acting up. After doing some research we contacted our normal water heater repair company and they sent us to Hi Tech Rooter to get a camera main line inspection to examine if they were possible tree roots and any breaks in the line. The main line was an old type of pipe that we needed to fix with ABS pipping.

Had looked around for a plumbing company that could do a tank-less heater installation for our home here in Pasadena. In addition we also had issues with our sewer lines and had needed a hydro jetting and new pipe line installed. Hi Tech Rooter gave us great quality service thanks guys

We can't stress enough about this company’s work! As new homeowners we're learning about our house, and Peter was patient, articulate, and went above and beyond to explain why water was running into our bathtub when we turned our washing machine on. He explained all our options, was way cheaper than other people we had come out and bid, was more flexible, and took the time to help us understand how he would fix the problem. He replaced our galvanized pipes, sent us photos as he worked, and went over everything he did when he was finished. We were overwhelmed with how many plumbing services are out there, but we'll 100% be using this company from here on out. We really appreciated his honesty too. We had one plumber try and charge us a crazy amount and Peter put the work into perspective and explained why we shouldn't have to pay that much. We loved him!
