I will have all my plumbing needs done by Prairie Sons Plumbing. They were professional and did the work in a short time.No mess and they new what they were doing.

This place is a joke. The way this situation was handle was unprofessional & very rude. What a certain person led us to to believe was something she used to her advantage after she failed to do her job properly. As a business owner.... customer service is top priority! This company doesn't even deserve a rating. DO NOT TAKE THEIR word for anything. Companies like this give Christians a bad name. Go through anyone else but them!

We contacted them in an urgent situation in which we needed service during a short window of time. They not only responded immediately but put together different options and price points for us to consider. They were very professional and courteous. We would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service or support. Thank you Prairie Sons!

As other customers are saying...we had our coil in the a/c looked at since it wasn't blowing cold. upon arriving at home this company was installing a new coil without our permission! I spoke with the foreman on the job and he said he was told my wife authorized the replacement. BS. my wife , as wonderful as she is, does NOT communicate about household appliance or machinery to anyone. She wants me to do my part and I take that seriously since she makes my life simple by doing EVERYTHING else. Since they installed it i asked them for a price and of course i got a ridiculous amount $1400 and to say the least i was livid. to shorten the story the foreman reduced the cost and took full responsibility for the unauthorized work and we agreed to $700. the Next day the a/c blew hot again. we called they came and realized they overfilled the coolant. after draining some and testing system it no longer was a problem. My beautiful wife brought them doughnuts the next morning and we washed our hands of the issue. after not receiving a final bill for the work for 3-4 months we gigured "what a great company, they did unauthorized work and installed the unit like a comedy of errors, they must be comping the work. WRONG!! These m/fers decide to wait 9 months when no memory of what we went through and no clear contract to bill us for the work and have the balls to charge us a late payment fee. Needless to say, we will absolutely not be usi g them again and we are paying the bill. i hope the foreman for our job goes and opens his own business WE WILL BE A CUSTOMER OF HIS FOR LIFE. in the meantime we will use brandon plumbing and heating.

Had them come out to fix leak in water heater. They ended up breaking it even more. I then received a bill for $126. After calling and inquiring about the bill they would only reduce to bill to $95. They were not friendly about it either. So I guess I paid these guys $95 to do more damage to the water heater. I could have done that myself for free. Needless to say, I will not be doing anymore business with them...
