I bought my home in November and received "certification" that my septic system was in perfect working order and I wouldn't have to service it for 2-3 years. 6 1/2 months later, my basement flooded. I thought it was a plumbing issue but wasn't sure. I couldn't get a plumber to call me back so I took a chance and called Fyle's because my neighbor said they were the best. I know NOTHING about septic systems. Erich came to my house within 30 minutes of my phone call. He asked me what was going on and I explained. He said he knew what was the issue and fixed it. He was so professional and friendly. My 14 year old daughter stood by him asking questions while he cleaned my septic system that HAD NOT been cleaned in at least 5 YEARS per his professional opinion. He gave me suggestions on what to do should I experience problems on the weekend or in the dead of winter. Erich was a true professional, funny, knowledgeable and fast. Their prices were excellent! I will use them again in the future.
