They do not pump your septic completely! Wish I would have looked at the other review on their incomplete work ethic. When my husband called there was a condescending woman who didn’t help. Apparently they are known for this. Save yourself from paying for it twice. Go with Aardvark from Cloquet! We paid the same price and they did it completely!

Mike's answered our call but was unable to come and help with our problem. But I would call them again as they were friendly and sorry that they weren't available.

Great service - very prompt (less than 24 hours) and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Called them on a referral from someone else and I'll be referring them from now on. Thanks!

BEWARE - Pumped our mound system tank shortly after we purchased the house, found out then that he was there shortly before we purchased the house as well so we investigated. Turns out he does not pump any of the sludge when he pumps, just the liquid on top. Also, he only pumped one of the tanks!! No wonder it had to be pumped again so soon, because of his shody workmanship the mound had filled up and frozen. He may have ruined our system!! When we called him on it he said, "yeah, I didn't have the right connection to do the one". When we asked him to come back and complete the job he refused so we asked if he would at least give us a discount next time but he refused. Absolutely rips people off on purpose with no qualms about it whatsoever. We will be reporting him to the county and the BBB.

We have used Mike's Sewer Service for nearly 20 years and have had nothing but excellent service. They have even come out on short notice. Alway courteous and fair.
